SINGAPORE - Singapore’s low-fare airline, Tiger Airways, has welcomed its 500,000th passenger passing through the arrival gates of the Budget Terminal.
The figure includes locals who use the airline and was achieved six months after being the first low fare airline to move its base of operations there.
“The move to the Budget Terminal has enabled us to achieve greater operational efficiency and allowed significant cost reductions so that Tiger Airways can offer more low fares and benefits to our passengers such as a shorter minimum check-in time,” said chief commercial and marketing officer, Rosalynn Tay.
