HONG KONG – The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) is offering frontline training at the World Travel Mart (WTM) in London.
“As we also recognise the importance of providing update information to frontline staff of travel agents when promoting Hong Kong, we intend utilising WTM as a key promotional channel in launching the HKTB’s new Hong Kong Specialist online training programme,” an HKTB spokesperson said. “The programme will help agents to update their product knowledge, capitalise on the latest product offerings and promote Hong Kong to their clients with ease and confidence.”
Specialist Programme is offered at the HKTB Pavilion, where on-site PC terminals are available.
www.SpecialistHK.com went live on 29 September and is designed to give travel agents the best possible chance of attracting and securing bookings to Hong Kong, the spokesperson said.
HKTB delegation at WTM includes fourteen delegates composed of travel agents, tour operators, hotels and an airline are with the HK.
