Ctrip.com launches largest travel call entre in Asia

SHANGHAI - Ctrip.com launched a travel service call centre in the building that features more than 2400 seats and can be expanded to 5000 seats.



This is the largest travel call centre in Asia capable of travel booking services to 100,000 tourists each day.



Ctrip.com is the first Internet travel company in China has reportedly spent more than US$20 million on the construction.



Apart from its pioneering hotel booking and air ticket booking, Ctrip.com also expanded its holiday service.
