KUNMING - Malaysia has all fronts covered in its pursuit to continue maintaining and growing its arrivals out of China.
Tourism Malaysia (TM) indicated that they are continually identifying and addressing concerns to keep the market coming. In China, Tourism Malaysia has offices and employs extensive advertising and marketing campaigns. The latter includes working with radio and TV stations where special features on Malaysia are featured, said TM director general Mirza Mohammad Taiyab.
On the home front, TM is looking at, among others, charters. Taiyab said, “We are possibly looking at charters to have traffic rights that can provide the support during Chinese holidays to have more Chinese to come our way.” |
