ITB Asia’s hosted buyer registration opens

Daily news, 02 Apr 2008

SINGAPORE – The ITB Asia Hosted Buyer Program is now accepting registrations for hosted buyers, targeting travel agents, travel managers and MICE planners.

The hosted buyer status will be awarded according to pre-set criteria that meet the objectives of the program. To qualify successfully, applicants should be responsible for making or influencing buying decisions within the global travel market. Every hosted buyer will participate in a prescheduled appointment system that guarantees a maximum quality of contacts to sellers.

Educational conferences provided by MPI, ACTE and Web in Travel will complement the show to provide indispensable industry knowledge about the latest trends and developments.

Upon validation, all qualified hosted buyers will be informed via email confirmation. In each and every instance we invite everyone from the trade community to take part as an independent trade visitor.

ITB Asia, the first offspring of ITB Berlin, will take place for the first time at Suntec Singapore on 22-24 October 22-24, 2008. It is organised by Messe Berlin Singapore Pte Ltd in conjunction with Singapore Tourism Board.

The event will feature over 500 exhibitors from Asia-Pacific, Europe, America and Middle East, covering the leisure, corporate and MICE travel markets.
