Fraser Place howff Shinjuku opens

SINGAPORE – Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd.’s first Gold-Standard serviced apartment in Japan, Fraser Place howff Shinjuku, Tokyo, has opened.

Located at the new ‘HUNDRED CIRCUS’ development in Shinjuku, the complex is developed and managed by re-plus inc. headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo. Their subsidiary company, re-plus hospitality inc. manages HUNDRED CIRCUS while Frasers operates the serviced residences.

Fraser Place howff Shinjuku is one of the largest international serviced apartment developments in Japan. The East Tower, opened on March 1, 2008, offers 175 units with a further 200 units in the West Tower by the summer of 2008. It is located within walking distance of Shinjuku’s business area.
