Preferred Hotel Group welcomes newest member

HONG KONG – Preferred Hotel Group has welcomed its newest member, Hotel New Otani Tokyo's Executive House Zen and The Main, under the Preferred Hotels & Resorts collection of luxury properties.

The newly opened 87-room Executive House Zen consists of two exclusive floors located in The Main of Hotel New Otani, located near Akasaka-Mitsuke subway station in the heart of Tokyo.

The 556-room The Main has been entirely refurbished with seismic and ecological upgrades for greater safety during earthquakes, an energy-saving air-conditioning system which is effective in saving energy consumption by 22.7 percent and reducing C02 emissions by 28 percent, Hot Water Supplier with Air-source Heat Pump, Recovering Exhaust Heat, and floor-to-ceiling windows with special filters to cut UV rays by 50 percent.
