Hilton to manage hotel at Beijing airport’s T3

BEIJING – Hilton Hotels has signed a management agreement with Beijing Capital Airport Tourism Co. Ltd, (BCA) to manage a new hotel located at the new Terminal 3 of the Beijing Capital International Airport (BCIA).

The 323-room Hilton Beijing Capital Airport is scheduled to open in 2008.

Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels assisted BCA in the selection of an operating partner and the negotiations of the management agreement. In September 2007 on behalf of BCA, the Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated a management agreement on a second hotel at BCIA with Langham Hotels.
