SINGAPORE – Enhancements have been made to online check-in on British Airways’ (BA) website, ba.com, to make it easier for passengers to arrive at the terminal equipped with an online boarding pass (OBP).
The OBP offers customers checking-in online the options of receiving their boarding pass via fax, email or PDF.
Formerly, passengers would need to have access to a printer at the time of online check-in to produce their boarding pass. The OBP now gives customers the added flexibility of choosing their preferred boarding pass issuance option.
BA said, however, that as always if checking-in online, customers can still collect their boarding pass at the airport.
