THAI, RBA code-share

Daily news, 05 May 2008

BANGKOK – Thai Airways (THAI) and Royal Brunei Airlines (RBA) are set to begin code-share flights from May 15, 2008. As part of the agreement, THAI will code-share on RBA’s services on the Bangkok-Bandar Seri Begawan and Bandar Seri Begawan-Bangkok routes.

RBA Chief Executive Officer Ray Sayer said that this code-share agreement with THAI will enable RBA to welcome travellers from a wider target market.

Pandi Chanapai, THAI’s EVP for commercial said the code-share agreement between THAI and RBA carriers will enable passengers in Thailand, Brunei, and connecting passengers from abroad to continue to take advantage of travel and tourism opportunities in both countries.
