Carry-on baggage rules strictly enforced on China domestic flights

BEIJING – Since the beginning of May, the Chinese authorities are enforcing the rules concerning carry-on baggage on domestic flights in China. The rules specify that Economy Class passengers may only bring one bag into the cabin. The maximum weight of the bag is 5 kg and the maximum measures are 55 x 40 x 20 cm.

These rules have been published earlier, but are now strictly followed to speed up security control.
