Ooh lala… Chocolah

01 Aug 2008

IT’S all lights and speed as the country celebrates the first ever motor racing event held in Singapore. At Royal Plaza on Scotts (RP), it’s Ooh lala…Chocolah as the hotel joins in the anticipation with some specially crafted chocolates and a good deed. The hotel will be flagging off the occasion with a life sized chocolate race car in its lobby. It is the first ever lifesized chocolate race car to be created in Asia.

Ooh lala… Chocolah at Singapore’s Royal Plaza on Scotts celebrates F1 while teaming up with Community Chest Singapore to raise awareness for the charity movement and its beneficiaries. Guests of RP and members of the public are able to join in the buzz of this motor racing season in a few ways.

Scale-model version of the chocolate race cars, made of fine edible chocolate can be purchased at Gourmet Carousel. The scale-model version retails at S$28 (US$20) each with S$5 from each sale contributing towards Community Chest, Autism Children’s Centre.
