Dutch government supports investment in Ha Long Bay

Collaboration between Dutch government and Life Resorts promotes sustainable tourism

HO CHI MINH CITY, Vietnam (16 Jan. 2012) --  The Dutch Government has chosen to subsidise the newly completed Life Heritage Resort Ha Long Bay, so as to generate sustainable job opportunities for Vietnamese in the tourism sector.

 In a show of support for economic growth in the country, Life Heritage Resort Ha Long Bay with its fleet of 22 private heritage junks, was designed to offer guests a more personalised experience within the famously beautiful bay and UNESCO World Heritage Site.

 The four-star resort, which celebrated its grand opening  last Nov, is a collaborative venture between the owners of Life Resorts Vietnam and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its Private Sector Investment Programme (PSI).
